We use FDA-approved, CE/UKCA-marked hyaluronic acid fillers from leading manufacturers including Teoxane and Restylane, selecting the right product for each treatment area. Every plan is bespoke, with the goal of results that look like you, simply refreshed — never a different face entirely.

Polynucleotides are bio-stimulating injectables — tiny DNA fragments derived from purified salmon DNA — that awaken the skin's own repair systems. Over a short course of sessions, they improve texture, tone, elasticity and overall skin quality from within rather than adding volume.

They are particularly well-suited to the delicate under-eye area, where dermal filler is often inappropriate. Results develop gradually over the weeks following each session, and the changes are quietly transformative rather than sudden.

HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) delivers precise thermal energy beneath the surface of the skin, reaching the deep dermal and sub-dermal layers without disturbing the surface above. There, it triggers the body's natural wound-healing response: a steady production of new collagen and elastin.

The result is a gradual, natural lift to the face and neck — jawline definition, gentle tightening, and improved skin quality over the months following treatment. No surgery, no needles, and no downtime. Two sessions, three months apart, give the best results.

Skin boosters are injectable hydrators that work beneath the surface, delivering hyaluronic acid in tiny micro-droplets across the treatment area. Unlike dermal filler, they don't change the shape or volume of the face — they simply improve the quality of the skin itself. The result is a complexion that looks dewy, plump and lit from within rather than coated on top.

We offer both Redensity 1 (an elegant all-rounder for face and décolletage) and Restylane Vital (a heavier hydration, particularly good for crêpey areas like the neck and hands).

IPL — Intense Pulsed Light — uses precisely calibrated wavelengths of light to target sun damage, age spots, redness and broken capillaries. It works at the colour level: addressing pigment and haemoglobin without disrupting the surrounding skin or surface. Over a course of treatments, the complexion becomes clearer, brighter, and noticeably more even in tone.

It's an excellent option for clients who feel their skin tone has become uneven over time — whether from sun exposure, hormonal pigmentation, rosacea-like flushing, or naturally occurring redness.

Microneedling creates microscopic channels in the skin that trigger a natural healing response. Collagen production lifts, texture refines, fine lines soften, and scars (including acne scarring) gradually fade. It's one of the most versatile treatments in modern aesthetics.

RF Microneedling adds gentle thermal energy at the needle tip — intensifying the result with deep dermal heating.

Dr Pen Professional combines the needling action with the infusion of a premium serum chosen for your specific concern: whitening, peptides, hyaluronic acid, or retinol.

Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) biostimulator — a different category of injectable from dermal filler. Rather than adding volume directly, Sculptra gently prompts your skin to gradually produce its own new collagen. Results develop slowly over weeks and months, and can last up to two years.

It's a favourite for clients who want quietly powerful results — restoring overall facial volume and structure in a way that doesn't announce itself. People notice you look rested, not 'done'.

We use Dermaceutic peels — one of the most respected names in clinical skincare, formulated and refined in France. Each peel is matched to your skin in consultation: from a gentle brightening Crystal Peel with no downtime, to the deeper Cosmo (TCA) peel that addresses pigmentation, acne scarring and more significant skin renewal.

Peels can also be combined with skincare and other in-clinic treatments to create a longer-term plan for your skin.

Laser hair removal uses targeted light energy to disable hair follicles in their active growth phase. Six sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, typically deliver the best results — though every person and every area is different. Your hair type, skin tone and the area being treated all influence the recommended course.

At ELM Aesthetics we use a diode laser with four wavelengths, widely regarded as the gold standard for laser hair removal — striking the most versatile balance of safety, speed and effectiveness. The four-wavelength technology allows us to treat all Fitzpatrick skin types (I to VI), including darker skin tones that other systems cannot safely accommodate.

We offer both single sessions and courses of six (the recommended approach for lasting results). Bespoke combined-area packages are also available on request.
