What it does
A soft hyaluronic acid filler is placed in the layer just beneath the skin on the back of the hand, restoring the cushioning that has been lost. Tendons and veins become less visible, the skin looks smoother and better hydrated, and the hands look fuller and younger — without looking puffy.

What happens on the day
After consultation, the filler is placed using a cannula from one or two small entry points on each hand, then gently massaged to distribute it evenly. The filler contains anaesthetic. Results are visible immediately.
Aftercare and limitations
Expect some swelling for two to five days; the hands may feel slightly tight, and bruising is possible. Avoid heavy gripping or pressure for a day or two. Filler restores volume; it does not remove pigmentation or tighten very loose skin, and results vary from person to person. Filler in the hands often lasts a year or more.
