I'm Melody Steel, a Nurse Prescriber registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). I qualified in 1999 and worked at the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery unit of St James's Hospital, where I learned the disciplines that still shape my work today: anatomy, physiology, safety, and precision.
In 2007 I established my own aesthetics practice — a fully qualified Nurse Prescriber bringing the discipline of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery unit at St James's Hospital into a private setting. The setting changed; the standards did not.
I'm committed to Continuing Professional Development — regular training and updates so that I work with the latest techniques and the most rigorously tested products. The clinic is fully insured, and I use only premium, FDA-approved and CE/UKCA-marked products.
