I'm Melody Steel, a Nurse Prescriber registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). I qualified in 1999 and worked at the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery unit of St James's Hospital, where I learned the disciplines that still shape my work today: anatomy, physiology, safety, and precision.
In 2007 I established my own aesthetics practice — a fully qualified Nurse Prescriber bringing the discipline of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery unit at St James's Hospital into a private setting. The setting changed; the standards did not.
I'm committed to Continuing Professional Development — regular training and updates so that my technique stays current and my product choices stay evidence-based. The clinic is fully insured, and I use established, regulated products from manufacturers I trust.

Georgia works alongside Melody on ELM’s skin and device treatments — HIFU, RF and Dr Pen microneedling, chemical peels and laser hair removal — each of which is carried out by either practitioner. A Level 3 qualified therapist, she works within the same standards that define the rest of the clinic: proper consultation, patch testing where required, honest advice and clear aftercare. Both practitioners are fully insured.
Friendly and passionate about what she does, Georgia takes time to explain each stage of treatment, so first-time patients feel informed and comfortable. Injectable treatments — anti-wrinkle, fillers and the regenerative range — remain exclusively with Melody as the clinic’s Nurse Prescriber, so you always know who is treating you and why.
