Booking & cancellation

What to know before you book

Complimentary consultation

Your initial consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation. We'll listen, assess, and only recommend a treatment if it's genuinely right for you.

A deposit will be required

A deposit is taken to secure a treatment appointment. It's fully redeemable against your treatment on the day, with no extra fees.

48 hours' notice

To reschedule or cancel without losing your deposit, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations inside 48 hours mean the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. We hold your slot in good faith.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to be fair to other clients.

If we need to cancel

In the rare event we need to reschedule you (illness or unforeseen circumstance), we'll offer you the first available alternative — or refund your deposit in full.
